Leslie Cahill

Vice President of Human Resources

Leslie Cahill joined CIBT in December 2015. She has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including policy design, compensation, performance management, recruiting, HR workflow development, training, and benefits administration. Since joining CIBT, Leslie has worked to develop a comprehensive employee engagement process, beginning with recruitment and extending to performance management initiatives. She previously served as the Director Human Resources for a large multi-division non-profit in Washington, DC. During her fifteen years there she was responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and programs, and for providing professional services and HR consultation across the organization. Leslie has an MA in Human Resources and an undergraduate degree in Interior Design from Marymount University.
